Serious trouble is revolving around the LA-based TikTok’s sway house. 2 of the top creators of the house – Bryce Hall, 20 and Jaden Hossler, 19 were reportedly arrested on Monday during their road trip for possessing marijuana. They were arrested in Giddings city of Taxes.
Apparently both have been partying along with their other sway house members since early May in a rental house in Texas. Some sources claim that Bryce took the fall for his fellow Tiktoker Josh Richard as he is Canadian and Bryce couldn’t stand the thought of his buddy being deported if arrested.
The reports of boys being arrested were confirmed on Tuesday morning by the Lee County sheriff’s office. It was also revealed by the Sheriff’s office that Jaden was arrested on 2 charges – 1st for the possession of 4 to 400 gms of a controlled substance and 2nd for the possession of 56 to 100 gms of marijuana. A second- degree felony charge was made on Jaden, which is
punishable from 2 to 20 years imprisonment or a fine up to the US $10,000.
On the other hand, Bryce was charged with class B misdemeanor for possessing less than 56 gms of marijuana, punishable up to 180 days of imprisonment, or a fine up to the US $2,000.
In the meantime, a lot of Tiktok stars started tweeting for their release and #FreeSway’ started trending on digital platforms.
However, there is some good news for the fans, both Bryce and Jaden have been released from the custody and the proof of that being their respective tweets. Bryce tweeted “ im back” on Tuesday after his release and just one minute later Jaden tweeted “hi” and deleted it later on.
Jaden’s father also left a message for his fans on Tiktok’s comment section saying “Hey Tik Tok folk! Thx for all the prayers for Jaden. Not gonna share a lot of details right now but Jaden and the boys are going to be ok. More later.”
