The total number of infections in Colombia reached 5’012,981 and deaths to 127,488.
This Saturday, Colombia again registered a rise in daily COVID-19 infections, for the fourth consecutive day. The Ministry of Health revealed that, in the last 24 hours, in Colombia 1,999 new cases were registered, 24 more infected than this Friday.
Likewise, the number of deaths was 32, and according to the Ministry’s report, all belong to previous days.

With these figures, the total number of infections in Colombia reached 5,012,981 and deaths reached 127,488. The Ministry of Health issued a new invitation to continue with the vaccination scheme and continue with biosecurity measures in order to avoid a rebound in cases at all costs.
So far in the pandemic, Bogotá has registered a total of 1,456,130 infections, while Antioquia reached a total of 758,592 cases and Valle del Cauca 412,342.
