Saudi Arabia: The return of attendance studies for the primary and kindergarten levels, starting from January 23

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia decided to resume the attendance study for male and female students in the primary stages and in kindergartens, in government, private, international and foreign schools, as of Sunday 20/6/1443 AH, corresponding to January 23, 2022 AD, with the continuation of distance education through various platforms for students who are unable to attend due to health reasons.

The official spokesman for public education in the Kingdom said during the press conference to follow up on the developments of the Corona virus in the Kingdom, that the decision comes “an affirmation of the continued integration of efforts between the ministries of education and health and the Public Health Authority “Prevention” in the application of protocols and precautionary measures for the safe attendance of students in the intermediate and secondary stages, and as a result For the success achieved in the implementation process, and the Kingdom’s efforts to reach high societal immunity.”

In a related context, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced that women cannot reserve a permit to visit the tomb of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, through the “Umrahna” application, as the visit is restricted to men only, while women can reserve a permit to visit the honorable kindergarten in the Prophet’s Mosque.

She emphasized that with regard to visiting the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and praying in the honorable kindergarten, the period between each statement should not be less than 30 days.

And the “Hajj and Umrah” revealed that there are no dates for the imposed prayers in the Prophet’s Mosque. As for the prayer times in the honorable kindergarten and the visit of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, the “Umrah” application is constantly monitored for reservations as available.

And she stressed that it is required for this to issue the permit from the “Umrahna” application, and that the beneficiary’s data be updated in the “Absher” system, with the condition that the status of “protected” appears in the “Tawakkalna” application.
